Terms & Conditions

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information are accurate. However, colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur between individual garments.

Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability and promotional offers without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted except where required by law.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted — an order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or technical issues. Available payment methods may include Stripe, Paystack and Apple Pay. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Shipping options, lead times and rates are listed on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return an eligible item. After notifying us, the item must be sent back within 14 calendar days, following the return instructions provided.

Returned items must meet the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If a return is accepted, you may place a new order for your preferred item, colour or size.

The Daily Steeze name, logo, designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other original materials associated with the brand — including all text, photography, logos and code on the Site — are owned by Daily Steeze or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Steeze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the products purchased through it.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
